We know the work it takes to put together a great retreat. These resources will help you address common questions and issues you may encounter while preparing. Please read through everything carefully. We won’t be available to troubleshoot any technical issues. Please follow these steps and refer back to these resources.
Basic requirements
1. Schedule the Date and Venue & (if relevant) get approval from partner organization.
Venue should have strong wi-fi, good sound system, good projector or TV. Triumph of the Heart does not provide tech support.
Receive permission from partner organization before advertising under that name.
2. Launch a Campaign and Invite Your Community
Pay $60 to start your crowdfunding campaign.
Use the media tool kit below to update the posters, FB posts, bulletin announcements with your campaign link and share it with your community.
3. Reach the Goal and Host Your Screening Retreat
When the campaign goal of $500 is met, the screening retreat is confirmed.
You will receive 6 tickets to the event, a Triumph of the Heart t-shirt, and the screening license.

To assist in promoting your screening retreat, we have prepared a collection of marketing materials including posters, bulletin inserts, email templates, social media posts, high-resolution images, trailers, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content.
