Resources for your screening

We know the work it takes to put together a great showing. These resources will help you address all common questions and issues you may encounter while preparing for your screening. Please read through everything carefully. We won’t be available to troubleshoot any issues besides the link to your film, but if you follow these steps and refer back to these resources, you should have a great showing with no issues. Read on.

Basic requirements

  1. Pay for license & (if relevant) get approval from partner org.

    1. Precaution: Do NOT advertise under any name or group name without permission.

    2. Tip: Partner (in advance) with a group to reach a large audience.

  2. Create and execute a plan for either RSVPs or ticket sales/check-in.

    1. Precaution; we do NOT manage your ticket sales, venue, or associated costs.

    2. Tip: Sell tickets/concessions: fundraise or get your event sponsored.

  3. Find and secure a venue for your screening date (strong Wifi with a sound & visual experience)

    1. Precaution: Our team does NOT provide any virtual tech support. 

    2. Tip: Have tech support on-site day-of that knows how to use your equipment.
