Marketing Apprentice to Director Anthony D’Ambrosio – Triumph of the Heart
I’m looking for two leaders who want to make a name for themselves in the film and distribution industry to work directly alongside me as apprentices throughout the continued distribution of Triumph of the Heart, a film about St. Maximilian Kolbe.
Job 1: Marketing Analyst
& Email Lead
(The thoughtful strategist who loves data, systems, and meaningful words)
About the Role:
We're looking for someone with strong analytical instincts and a love for meaningful communication. If you thrive on spotting patterns in data, building organized plans, and crafting messages that resonate deeply, this is your chance to grow fast.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day & Big Picture)
Strategize: Dive into stats from social, emails, ads, and sales—figure out who's buying, why, and how they found us.
Write & Plan: Help shape campaigns, content calendars, and lead ideation; research competitors and audiences to guide smart decisions.
Systematize Communication: Plan email timing/sequencing and write heartfelt, brand-building copy that connects emotionally.
Guide Creatives: Deliver clear plans, copy drafts, and structured feedback so the team can execute with confidence.
You Might Be a Great Fit If
Curious, logical thinker who enjoys spreadsheets as much as deep ideas (philosophy, literature, natural law, etc.). Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and excited to learn tools on the job. No marketing experience required—valuing clear thinking, curiosity, and heart over resumes.

Job 2: Visual Content Creator & Brand Artist
(The cool, creative spark who makes everything look and feel amazing)
About the Role
Become the visual heartbeat of Triumph of the Heart—capturing the emotion, faith, and inspiration of St. Kolbe's story. We're after a determined, artistic person with excellent taste (fun glasses and trendy jeans? Bonus points) to design, edit, and share content that draws people in and makes the brand feel alive.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day & Big Picture)
Create Stunning Visuals: Design posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, promo graphics, product images—infusing emotion and faith.
Run Daily Social: Post/schedule at optimal times, reply to comments, repost fan stories, engage followers and influencers to build real connections.
Support Broader Creative Needs: Produce assets for emails, influencers, PR, website, Shopify store; keep files clean and organized.
Bring Brand Magic: Embed our inspirational style in everything, experiment with trends, collaborate on fresh ideas to keep content engaging.
You Might Be a Great Fit If
Artistic and proactive with strong design/video instincts. Comfortable on social media, loves shipping beautiful work consistently, and wants to build a meaningful brand. Passion and creativity matter more than expert-level tool mastery—we'll train as we go.
