Triumph of the Heart –Terms and Conditions of Film Streaming Access (United States)
1. License and Permitted Use
By purchasing or accessing this streaming link (“the Film”), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Film for private, personal, in-home use only within the United States.
This license does not include any rights for public screenings, group viewings, educational exhibitions, or any commercial use. Any such use requires a separate screening license and written authorization from the rights holder.
2. Access Period
Your access to stream the Film will be available for either:
One (1) year from the date of purchase, or
Lifetime access, defined as “for as long as this streaming platform is supported and maintained by the provider.”
If the platform is discontinued or no longer supported, access to the Film may terminate at that time without further obligation or refund.
3. Restrictions
3.1 The Film may not be duplicated, copied, modified, reproduced, rebroadcast, streamed, displayed, or distributed online, on television, or on any public digital platform in whole or in part in any manner.
3.2 Any unauthorized use of the Film constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to civil or criminal liability under U.S. copyright law.
4. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection are capable of supporting video streaming. The provider is not responsible for playback interruptions, buffering, or other issues arising from your local equipment or network conditions.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that you have not started watching the Film.
Once playback has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Film, including all copyrights, trademarks, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of the rights holder.
This license does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized duplication or distribution of the Film may result in legal action under U.S. copyright law (Title 17, United States Code).
7. Termination
The provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if any misuse, breach, or unauthorized activity is detected.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

By completing the purchase of a screening license, the Licensee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
