Triumph of the Heart – Media Player Manual for Windows

1. Download the App

  • Visit Download page and Sign In using your email

  • Click the white Download for Windows button.

  • Look at the top-right corner of your browser for the downward arrow icon ( ↓ ). Click it, then click the downloaded file to open it.

2. If a Download Warning Appears

  • Because this is a specialized screening app, your browser might display a message saying: "Triumph of the Heart.exe isn't commonly downloaded" or "This file might be harmful."

  • Do not worry, this is normal. Hover your mouse over that message, click the three dots icon (...), and select Keep.

  • If a small box appears asking you to confirm, click the small arrow next to "Delete" (or "Show more") and select Keep anyway.

 

2. Install to Your Computer

  • In that same top-right download panel, click Open file on Triumph of the Heart.exe.

  • If a blue screen appears saying "Windows protected your PC", simply click the small text that says More info, then click the Run anyway button that appears at the bottom.

  • Follow the quick on-screen prompt to finish installing.

3. Open the App

  • If the app doesn't open automatically, double-click the Triumph of the Heart icon now sitting on your desktop.

  • Find Triumph of the Heart and double-click it.

  • If a security message asks "Are you sure you want to open it?", click Open.

4. Sign In

  • Type in the email address you used to register.

  • Without closing the app, open your email to find your verification code.

  • Return to the app (click its icon on the bottom dock if it hid behind your browser) and enter your code.

5. Download the Movie

  • Click the Download Movie button inside the app.

  • Keep the app open and your Mac awake until the progress bar reaches 100%.

Tip: Complete this step as soon as possible before your screening so the film is saved directly to your computer and will play smoothly without needing Wi-Fi.
