What Leaders Are Saying

“Just about 200 of our parishioners were rapt by the production. ”

Just about 200 of our parishioners were rapt by the production. We had a comfortably crowded house as reflected in the photos.

Deacon Al Barros began the evening with a prayer and a greeting from pastor Fr. Brian Lewis was read to introduce the film and point out specific highlights of importance.

Michael McShane

“It was a truly blessed event.”

I saw "Triumph of the Heart" for the first time when my parish, Our Lady of Peace, hosted a screening. It was probably one of the best movies about a saint I had ever seen.

We had 70+ people attend the screening

Everyone was visibly moved after the film ended and applauded. It was a truly blessed event.

Fr. Angelo Casimiro

“We felt it would be important to emulate meaningful dialogue between different faith traditions ”

After we held a panel with CH (LTC) Rocklin, CH (MAJ) Murphy, and myself. We felt it would be important to emulate meaningful dialogue between different faith traditions (Jewish, Baptist, Catholic). Everyone who participated wanted to make sure more people could watch this powerful movie.

Better than Streaming

  • The way the vast majority are experiencing Triumph of the Heart is still in person, together, at parish and community events.

  • The few who have seen it will become your biggest cheerleaders

  • Streaming is limited & expensive ($20+ per household).

Tech Requirements

We’ve put together the following list and created a resource guide for you to ensure you put on the best event possible!

Equipment Needed:

  • Computer (not iPad or phone)

  • Projector or Large TV Screen

  • Sound System

  • HDMI Cable

  • Strong WiFi Signal (ethernet connection even better)

  • You must have a dedicated person to act as the A/V or tech expert for your event.

  • We recommend the following screen sizes for your LCD screen or projector screen below, (sizes are recommended based on your audience size and venue size). Ideally, the bottom of the screen should be raised at least 4’ off the ground.

    • For a small hall (50–100 people): a 100–150-inch diagonal screen (8–12 feet wide)

    • For a larger hall (100–200+ people): a 150–200-inch diagonal screen (12–16 feet wide)

  • Ensure the venue has a sound system that can easily connect to your laptop, the projector, or the TV screen (please consult your A/V expert if you are unsure how sound will work in your venue). Keep in mind, you may need to bring in a portable sound system.

  • You will need to connect your laptop to a large LCD screen or a projector via an HDMI cable to play the film (you cannot cast the film from a cell phone).

  • Test the unique screening link with the actual A/V equipment that you will be using for your screening. The link will be emailed to you the day before your event.

Community Screening FAQ

    • Yes! Sell tickets, fundraise, or offer concessions—the options are endless!  TOTH provides the license for the film, everything else is up to you.  You are welcome to sell tickets for your event, use it as a fundraiser, or acquire sponsors.

    • Please take a picture of your event when people are sitting down to watch the movie and send it to us.

    • You are paying a licensing fee to screen the movie to your audience!

    • Included in your purchase is the license to play the movie for a specific audience size and a unique link for you to screen the movie on a specific date. Not included: venue, ticketing platform, tech, tech support. Any additional fees must be paid for by you.

  • Any screening of a movie shown outside a person’s home (for personal use) is required to have public performance/screening license.

  • You can wait and stream as an individual household. Federal law states that in order to show a movie for a church or group event, you must have a public performance rights license (what we are calling a “screening license”).

Please support good art, the artists, and the investors who helped make the art. Do not pirate the movie, do not stream a movie or dvd to a group that does not have a public performance rights license.

For more information on federal law visit this website: https://www.swank.com/public-libraries/copyright/s

Note: do not contact “Movie Licensing USA” for a license to show “Triumph of the Heart”. Currently, our website is the only place you can receive a license for this particular film.

    • Laptop + HDMI cable to connect to an LCD screen/projector.

    • High-speed, reliable WiFi (or ethernet connection if possible).

    • The film will not play if cast from a cell phone.

    • TOTH doesn't provide tech support—you must have someone who is able to handle technology on-site to assist. Just like you can’t call Mel Gibson to help with your WiFi when watching Braveheart, you’ll find us less than helpful with troubleshooting your technology.

  • Anytime between now and December 31, 2026.

    • Triumph of the Heart is just under 2 hours.

    • The film is not technically rated. We don’t advise showing it to children under 13. (Think of it as a PG-13 movie.)

    • If you need to reschedule your event, let us know immediately so that we can pivot as needed.

    • Fill out the SUPPORT FORM and select “I want to change my screening date.”

    • Our team will reach out to you within 2 business days to reschedule your event.
